This hotel is perfectly located, right in the center of the city, making it easy to explore everything. The restaurant on site is quite nice and offers a great dining experience. It is also conveniently close to public transport, making it easy to get around. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, with luxurious bathrooms that have excellent lighting. The staff is helpful and friendly, always making sure your needs are taken care of. Plus, they have a delicious breakfast spread every morning that will leave you satisfied.

The prices for the food can be quite expensive compared to other restaurants in the city.

the Spa & wellness centre with its sauna, steam room and treatment rooms was a highlight, as was the full body massage. the sun terrace was also a lovely spot to relax. the restaurant served delicious meals, while the private facilities in my room, including the in-room breakfast, made me feel pampered.

Despite the luxurious experience, there was one minor issue with the lack of a head massage during my spa treatment. Otherwise, the service was impeccable and the location convenient.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is located right in the center of the city, directly across from the train station, making it extremely convenient for exploring. The staff were welcoming and friendly, offering us a map and even providing us with a Bern Ticket so we didn't have to worry about buying train passes. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities, including the spa, were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of its location, cleanliness, and excellent service.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the friendly staff, free upgrade, and access for our son to the spa. The beauty products in the bathroom were delightful, and the bed was huge. The room service food was delicious, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. This upscale hotel had a comfortable and quiet room, and it was located in a central part of the city with plenty of restaurants, stores, and historical sites.

Felt right at home here, the staff were incredibly accommodating.

Luxurious needs fulfilled! This hotel offers exclusive amenities and top, quality service. the Spa & wellness centre is a haven of relaxation, with a sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and full body massage. Beauty treatments and waxing are also available in the treatment rooms. the restaurant and bar/lounge area are elegant and sophisticated with a wonderful ambiance. Private facilities are available as well. The location advantages cannot be overstated, as this hotel is in the centre and everything is within easy reach. Cons: One minor issue , the in, room breakfast could use some improvement.
